Its Pretty straight forward all you need to do is upload your image to one of the many hosting websites. (i use flickr and it works well) Then when its uploaded click on the photo and select the image link (be sure to select a size that is appropriate as people don't want to have to scroll half the page to take in the photo) then you click "new post" on this forum and as seen in the photo below click on the image tool and copy and past the image link you obtained from your hosting site into the drop down box that will appear, easy as that.
